BELLA LEI COVID SAFETY PROCEDURES FOR GUESTS

Bella Lei Corporation created these procedures in alignment with CDC, WHO, Badger State and Ozaukee/Washington County Safety Guidelines to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 Virus. Guests visiting Bella Lei will be required to follow these procedures to protect themselves, other guests and our staff members. Any guest refusing to comply with any of these procedures will be refused service.

ALL GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR FACE MASKS:

While visiting Bella Lei Salon Spa social distancing of six feet or more and face masks are some of the many key dynamics of the official government guidelines. Bella Lei staff will be working to assist with making sure all guests are provided ample space between themselves and other guests. Each service and common area will have floor markings and signage to signify safe zones for guests.

ARRIVING FOR APPOINTMENTS:

  1. Have your favorite facemask on, if you do not have a facemask a disposable mask will be available for a cost of $1.00 
  2. The rear door will be locked and marked “EXIT ONLY”, please enter through the front door for your service. 
  3. It is important that you arrive for your appointment on-time. Appointments have been spaced out to reduce congestion in any common area. If you arrive early, please call 262-375-5525 to let reception know that you’ve arrived so we can give you guidance.
  4. Please do not bring anyone with you (children, spouses, partners, etc) to your appointment to minimize the number of bodies in the service areas. The guest lounge will be closed and for everyone’s safety we will only allow entry of guests receiving services.
  5. If you have a temperature or any symptoms, please cancel your scheduled appointment and we will do our best to accommodate you in the near future. We would appreciate advanced notice but there will be no penalty for cancelling appointments for any reason. 
  6. When you arrive, please sanitize your hands when you enter. We will have a brief admittance document for you to review and complete. Our reception staff will use a contactless temperature sensor to verify that your temperature is less than 101 degrees Fahrenheit. 
  7. Your beauty staff member will welcome you back to the service area when it is safe.
  8. When your service is complete, your beauty staff member will provide recommendations for any retail products that may be needed and complete the transaction while you are still in the service area. 
  9. Reception will do their best to reschedule your next appointment with the assistance of your beauty staff member during your appointment but if that isn’t possible reception will follow up with you to schedule your next appt.
  10. When your appointment is completed, please follow the markers to exit to the rear of the building. 

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS:

  • Beverage Service will be provided in your service area upon request.
  • Please bring your own reading materials - we will suspend the sharing of periodicals until this is over.
  • No walk-ins or new guests will be allowed.
  • If at any point you do not feel safe, please let someone know and we will take corrective action immediately.
  • Your tips are appreciated but Cash Tips are preferred. There is a slight surcharge to staff members on Credit Card Gratuities to help
    cover costs associated to payroll taxes and credit card fees
    .
